Here's the truth most people don't want to hear: your team will never consistently perform above the standard you set as their leader. Never. So if your team's performance has softened, the first place to look is your own standard. We'll work through the tone/pace/standard framework and reset it.

Accountability without clarity is just pressure. Most leaders try to hold people accountable before they've set clear expectations. You'll get the three clarity questions every team member needs answered, and understand why accountability is the most direct path to your own promotability.

Marty Moore spent 30+ years working his way up the corporate ladder, eventually becoming CEO of a multi-billion dollar company, where he grew EBITDA from $17 million to $441 million in just 5 years. He attributes that success to exceptional leadership, having entered the CEO role with no prior technical expertise in the industry.

His daughter, Emma Green, built a successful career in marketing before convincing Marty to leave his CEO role and start Your CEO Mentor in 2018. After working with thousands of leaders over the past 8 years as CEO, Emma understands the real-world challenges leaders are dealing with in today's environment.

Together, they bring every angle of the leadership conversation, the executive perspective, the practitioner perspective, and the hard-won experience of helping leaders apply these principles in the real world.

Is this really free?

Yes. Completely free! At some point during or after the session, we will share ways you can continue working with us if you want to go deeper. But the focus of this workshop is giving you practical leadership resets you can apply immediately.

Will there be a replay?

Yes, you'll get the replay. But the Q&A doesn't get recorded. If you want Marty to address your specific situation, you need to be in the room. That's worth showing up live for!

How long is it?

Two hours. Thursday 11 June, 10am to 12pm AEST. Block it now.

Is this right for me?
